MINNEAPOLIS - Utah Swimming had one last competitor in action on the third day of the NCAA Championships as Liam O'Haimhirgin took part in the 100 free this morning
The sophomore, who was also part of the record breaking 200 free relay on Thursday, finished 30th overall with a time of 43.03. That was good for ninth place among Pac-12 student-athletes. Two weeks ago at the Pac-12 Championships, he finished fourth overall with the second-fastest time in Utah history (42.36).
This final Ute showing capped a weekend that saw a pair of record breaking performances and the first Utah relay team to earn All-American honors since 1975, with last night's 200 medley.
