Norfolk, Va. – Utah women's swimming and diving had seven student-athletes honored as Scholar All-Americans this morning by the College Swimming Coaches Association of America.

Recognized for a second-straight season were Utes
Dorien Butter and
Sarah Lott, while
Clare Greenlow,
Sara McClendon,
Genny Robertson,
Emma Ruchala and
Gillian St. John earned academic honors for a first time. All seven student-athletes received honorable mention status.
To be an honorable mention selection to the CSCAA Scholar All-America Team, swimmers and divers must have achieved a grade point average of 3.50, achieved a "B" time standard or competed at their respective diving qualifying meetsÂ
Butter is a three-time First Team Pac-12 All-Academic honoree while Lott was named second team all-conference earlier this season. St. John and Robertson also garnered academic honors from the Pac-12 in 2018.
Last week, the CSCAA named the Utes as a Scholar All-America Team. The Utah women had a 3.46 grade point average during the spring semester after recording a 3.49 GPA in the fall, its highest mark since 2010. The Utes have earned a team academic award for 11 straight semesters.
