We're three days away from the start of our inaugural season and we continue to count down the days with No. 3 Daniel Costa, who is from Huntington, N.Y., and attended St. Johns University.
What is your favorite lacrosse memory?
It's been all good.
What is your favorite sport besides lacrosse?
Baseball
What do you like to do in your free time?
When time affords it, I like to go hiking.
Why did you choose Utah? What is the best thing about Utah?
I transferred to Utah to finish my economics degree and to play for the best coaching staff in lacrosse. I knew that they would push me to become a better player. The best thing about Utah are the mountain views and visiting Park City.
My favorite thing about Salt Lake City is:
The friendliness of the people.
What are your goals for this year?
Make the NCAA tournament.
What is your major and what do you want to do after you graduate?
Economics. I am interested in working as a corporate restructure consultant, or working a job in finance involving fixed income.
Where do you most hope to travel/visit?
Spain, Japan, Bora-Bora, Hawaii.
If you could invite three people, dead or alive, to a dinner party, who would they be?
Henry Sinclair, Leonidas, Morgan Freeman
