Getting to Know #21 Rylan Lemons

We're 21 days away from the start of our inaugural season and we continue to count down the days with No. 21 Rylan Lemons, who is from Windsor, Colo., and attended Windsor High School.
What is your favorite lacrosse memory?
My favorite lacrosse memory is from my childhood, when I was playing 3x lacrosse at the X10 lacrosse camp with Matt Bocklet.
What is your favorite sport besides lacrosse?
Football
What do you like to do in your free time?
I have no free time, but when I do I like to take a nap in a hammock.
Why did you choose Utah? What is the best thing about Utah?
I chose Utah because I am in love with the mountains and I wanted to be a part of something special. Also, U of U has a great Graduate Dentistry program. The best thing about Utah is the ski resorts.
What are your goals for this year?
My goals for this year:
-to make my teammates better
-perform at the highest level I can and have fun
What are your pregame superstitions?
I always chew gum during warm-ups.
What is your major and what do you want to do after you graduate?
My major is BIO-medical Labratory Sciences. I plan to attend Dentistry school after.
Where do you most hope to travel/visit?
I want to travel most to Barcelona, Spain.
If you could invite three people, dead or alive, to a dinner party, who would they be?
My grandpa (Poppie), John Wayne, and Harrison Ford.
What is the best piece of advice you have ever received?
"That you know, its who you know". Take no relationship and encounter for granted, for all you know that person could have an impact on your life for better or for worse.
