Getting to Know Jake Kiefer

As we prepare for the lacrosse season, we'll get to know the newcomers on Utah's team. Today is Jake Kiefer, a midfielder from Orlando, Fla. who attended Bishop Moore High School.
What is your favorite lacrosse memory?
My favorite lacrosse memory was going to the state championship with my high school team when I was a junior.
What is your favorite sport besides lacrosse?
My favorite sport besides lacrosse is football, I have been playing since I was in second grade.
What do you like to do in your free time?
I like to go out on the boat and the beaches in Florida.
Why did you choose Utah? What is the best thing about Utah?
I chose Utah because being from Florida I never get to experience mountains or snow.
My favorite thing about Salt Lake City is:
My favorite thing about Salt Lake City is because it is close to all of the ski resorts and mountains.
What are your goals for this year?
My goal for this year is to make it to the tournament.
What are your pregame superstitions?
I don't have any pregame superstitions.
What is your major and what do you want to do after you graduate?
I want to graduate as a finance major and work back home in Florida.
Where do you most hope to travel/visit?
I am excited to travel all over the country with the team.
If you could invite three people, dead or alive, to a dinner party, who would they be?
I would invite Albert Einstein, Abraham Lincoln, Lebron James

Dreams remain dreams until you take action.
