MEET WEEK
With both programs ranked tied at No. 3 in the nation, Utah gymnastics (8-0, 4-0 Pac-12) heads to Los Angeles to compete in the top-five showdown against UCLA (8-2, 3-1 Pac-12) on Sunday, Feb. 23 at 3 p.m. PT/4 p.m. MT in Pauley Pavilion. IN THE RANKINGS
In the final week based on average score, Utah remains ranked No. 3 in the nation. Rankings will move to the regional qualifying score next week. The Utes are ranked No. 4 on beam for the third straight week, while both vault and bars rose in the team rankings to No. 6. Utah's season-low floor score last week dropped the Utes to No. 12 on the event.
Kim Tessen is No. 6 in the nation on bars and is No. 13 on vault.
Cristal Isa is No. 10 on beam, while
Maile O'Keefe cracked into the top-25 on beam and is No. 23.

QUICK STICKS
• Utah has started the season 8-0 for the first time since the 2015 season.
• Utah is one of three teams in the nation to have recorded a 49.600 or higher on beam in at least two meets this season. Minnesota and Florida join the Utes as the teams to have produced multiple 49.600 or higher scores. Utah holds the two highest beam scores in the Pac-12 this year.
• The Utes are one of four teams in the nation to score a 49.450 or higher on vault this season with Florida, LSU, and Oklahoma. The 49.450 vault score is the highest in the Pac-12 this season by 0.125.
• Against Oregon State, Utah recorded its ninth sellout crowd of 15,558 fans all-time and second this season. Through three home meets, Utah is averaging 15,178 fans to lead the nation and holds the country's three largest gymnastics crowds this year.

RED HOT RIVALRY
Utah and UCLA have combined to win the previous six Pac-12 Championships and seven of the eight Pac-12 Championships to date. Utah won conference titles in 2014, 2015 and 2017, while UCLA's championships came in 2012, 2016, 2018 and 2019. The two teams have also combined to win 16 NCAA Championships. Utah and UCLA come in to the dual meet tied through Week 7 in season average score to rank No. 3. The matchup will mark the fourth-straight regular season dual meet between the programs where both teams are ranked in the top-five of the nation.

BRINGING IT ON BEAM
Utah continued to shine on beam last week against Oregon State and put together a 49.600 event score to follow the 49.625 earned at Cal the week prior. The Utes rank No. 4 in the nation on beam and No. 1 in the Pac-12. The strength for the Red Rocks comes from the entire lineup doing their job from the top to the bottom. In the Pac-12, all six of Utah's beamers rank in the top-11 of the conference on beam.
Cristal Isa and
Maile O'Keefe rank No. 2 and No. 4, respectively, to sit inside the top-five.
Adrienne Randall (No. 6),
Abby Paulson (No. 9),
Emilie LeBlanc (No. 10), and
Alexia Burch (No. 11) round out the beam lineup that has been outstanding to this point of the season. All starters in the lineup in every meet, all six are averaging at least a 9.833, while Isa leads with a 9.892 average.

SERIES SHORTS
Utah leads the all-time series with UCLA 54-36-1 and 12-9 in Los Angeles. The Utes dropped all three meetings against the Bruins last year in the dual meet and at the Pac-12 Championships and NCAA Championships. Utah's last win over UCLA was at Pauley Pavilion in 2018 where the Utes beat the Bruins by 0.125 (197.550-197.425) for their first win in Pauley since 2008. For complete series history, see page 2.
