Nearly 40 Student-Athletes Highlighted Through Social Senior Days

SALT LAKE CITY - When Utah's student-athletes began to adjust to the abrupt end to their seasons in mid-March, it was the suddenness of that reality that struck first.

For many, however, it was their final season, and for teams there was the reality that this complete group would not compete together again. On top of the all the competition and the moments with teammates, there were important events like Senior Day that would not happen in the spring of 2020.

The Utah Athletics department was committed to thanking these fantastic seniors and creating a virtual celebration. Over the past five weeks, 10 sport programs were highlighted with a dedicated Social Senior Day across the department's social media channels. We are also grateful for the participation of many of our partners and supporters who honored those seniors through personal videos shared on social media.
