Utah Athletics has updated the structure of its Development staff in order to enhance membership service for Crimson Club members. Over the last 15 years, our Crimson Club membership has nearly quadrupled. With that incredible growth, Utah Athletics is launching a concierge program to enhance the membership experience.Â
The Crimson Club Membership Concierge Program is the next generation of the Development Officer Program.
- All Crimson Club members in Levels 1-11 will continue to receive personalized sales and service for all ticket, parking, hospitality, donation and athletics needs from assigned Development Officers based upon alphabetical order by last name or organization name.
- Crimson Club members in Levels 7-11 will have an additional level of membership assistance for all ticket, parking, hospitality, donations and athletics needs based upon alphabetical order by last name or organization name.
- Staff contacts for the Crimson Club Membership Concierge Program can be found below.
In a letter sent to Crimson Club members, Associate A.D. for Development Rob Clark outlined the adjustments and thanked Crimson Club members for their support.
"Thank you for passionately investing in Utah Athletics," Clark said. "With the significant growth of our Crimson Club membership, the purpose of the concierge program and organizational adjustments is to provide you with a first-class membership experience through enhanced customer service and communication."
The following staff additions and responsibility adjustments have been made to better serve Crimson Club members:
- Mike Lageschulte is now the Director of Annual Giving.
- Darrell Peters assumes the role of Senior Development Officer focusing efforts on serving and helping enhance Scholarship Circle membership.
- Corey Bond has been promoted to Development Officer and will serve Crimson Club members (last name or organization names A-G).
- Former Utah track & field student-athlete, McKenzie (Dean) Neiufi has joined our staff as the Assistant Director of Annual Giving. McKenzie also will oversee the Varsity Club program. She will begin working full-time on Monday, June 12.
- Anacelic Fernandez has been hired as the Crimson Club Financial Coordinator to enhance the record keeping as well as data and gift processing of the Crimson Club.
