Utah Lacrosse Earns 11 Spots On ASUN All-Conference Teams; McMinn Named Coach of the Year

ATLANTA – The University of Utah Lacrosse program led the way on the 2023 ASUN Conference Men's Lacrosse Honors and Awards, landing 11 players on the all-conference and all-freshman squads while head coach Andrew McMinn repeated as ASUN Coach of the Year.
McMinn has led the Utes to back-to-back ASUN regular season titles, holding a 20-8 record at Utah with 96 career wins as a head coach. The Utes have had two straight seasons with 10 wins for the first time in program history with Utah breaking over 60 school records the past two seasons.
In addition to McMinn's coach of the year award, redshirt freshman Ryan Stines was named ASUN Freshman of the Year.
Utah's 11 selections on the all-conference teams are the most in program history after earning six spots in 2022. The Utes' four first-team selections are also a new program record and the most by any team this season.
Joey Boylston (Jr., D), Samuel Cambere (Sr., D), Tyler Bradbury (Jr., A) and Jordan Hyde (Jr., A) all earned first-team honors while Colby Plotts (So., D), Jared Andreala (Jr., M), Cole Brams (Sr., FO/M) and Koa Todd (Jr., M) were named to the second-team. Stines (R-Fr., A), Nikko DiPonio (Fr., D) and Colin Lenskold (Fr., GK) earned All-Freshman Team as well.
Bradbury and Cambere earned first-team in 2022 as well with Brams repeating as a second-team selection.
