SALT LAKE CITY – University of Utah Lacrosse faceoff specialist
Cole Brams has been named a USILA Scholar All-American, it was announced today by the United States Intercollegiate Lacrosse Association.
Brams is Utah's third Scholar All-American in program history, joining
Josh Stout and Rylan Lemons, who were honored with the recognition in 2022.
Brams finished his degree in quantitative analysis of markets and organizations in 2023 after earning Dean's List honors six times and AD Honor Roll seven times during his career at Utah.
This past season, Brams was integral in helping the Utes to its first-ever ASUN Championship and NCAA Championships berth. He played in all 17 games, breaking his own school record for single-season ground balls (145), faceoff wins (261) and faceoff win percentage (.577).
He is a two-time All-ASUN selection, leaving the Utes as the all-time record holder in career ground balls (363), faceoff wins (667) and faceoff win percentage (.547).
