SALT LAKE CITY – The Utah baseball program and head coach
Gary Henderson announced the Utes' 2026 schedule on Wednesday. It features a full 55-game regular season slate, which includes 24 home contests during the inaugural season of Charlie Monfort Field at America First Ballpark. Utah's second season as a member of the Big 12 Conference will begin on February 13, with the squad celebrating the first game in the new home confines on March 6.

Utah begins the year heading out for a four-game series at defending Mountain West champion Fresno State, taking place inside Bob Bennett Stadium from Feb. 13-16. From there, the squad will travel to SoCal for the Tony Gwynn Legacy Tournament in San Diego (Feb. 19-22) as well as a three-game set with UC Santa Barbara (Feb. 27-March 1). Utah will play a single game at Loyola Marymount on March 2 before jetting home and preparing for an eight-game homestand.
Opening night for Charlie Monfort Field at America First Ballpark is set for March 6, with Grand Canyon coming to town for a four-game series. The Utes will remain home the following weekend for the first Big 12 series of the year against 2025 conference champion and MCWS participant Arizona, before hosting old friend Washington State in a midweek affair on March 17.
Additional conference matchups will see Utah host Kansas State (March 27-29), Texas Tech (April 17-19), UCF (April 24-26) and Baylor (May 14-16). The league slate will send the Utes off to Cincinnati (March 20-22), Kansas (April 2-4), Arizona State (April 10-12), BYU (April 30-May 2) and TCU (May 8-10).
In-state action will see the Utes take on Utah Valley in non-conference action on March 31 (road), April 21 (home) and May 5 (home). Henderson's team will face Utah Tech in a pair of contests, meeting the Trailblazers on April 7 down in St. George before hosting the squad on May 12. In addition, a non-league rivalry game against BYU will be played at home on March 24.
