Two Utes Earned CSC Academic All-District Honors

SALT LAKE CITY — Ellyn Collins and Kylie Pitzak of the Utah Beach Volleyball team have been named Academic All-District for the 2025 season, as announced this week by College Sports Communicators for the At-Large category.
Collins was a graduate student for the Utes during the 2025 season. She posted a 3.80 graduate cumulative GPA while earning her master's degree in Legal Studies. She helped the Utes to a program-record 21 team wins on the season and led the team individually with 24 victories, including two during the Big 12 Tournament. Collins also earned an impressive win in the third flight against No. 12 FAU (Feb. 28, 2025).
Pitzak was a senior for the Utes during the 2025 season. She posted a 3.81 cumulative GPA and earned her bachelor's degree in Quantitative Analysis of Markets and Organizations. Pitzak, the Big 12 Scholar-Athlete of the Year, helped the Utes to a program-record 21 team wins on the season. Individually she posted 22 wins in 35 tries on the season, and reached 50 career victories during her final season.
