Utah Heads to 2026 Phillips 66 Big 12 Women's Basketball Tournament

SALT LAKE CITY – The Utah women's basketball team is headed to Kansas City for the 2026 Phillips 66 Big 12 Women's Basketball Tournament. The Big 12 Conference released the official bracket Sunday night with the Utes sitting at the No. 8 seed.Â
Utah received a first round bye with its No. 8 seeding and is set to play on Thursday, March 5 at 12:30 p.m. (MT) and will take on the winner of No. 9 seeded BYU and No. 16 seeded Houston.
The Championship Final will take place Sunday, March 8 at 3 p.m. MT on ESPN unless BYU advances to the Final which would move the title game to Monday, March 9.
Tickets for the Tournament, including all-session and single-session options, along with the Weekend Package, are available at Big12Sports.com.Â
The Big 12 is one of just two conferences nationally with 75% of its teams ranked inside the top 60 of the NET. The Conference is also one of two leagues nationally that is home to multiple active career 2,000-point scorers, in Wooden Award Late Midseason Top 20 members Olivia Miles & Audi Crooks.
