Women's 6K Race: 10:30 a.m. MT | Men's 10K Race: 11:30 a.m. MT
The University of Utah women's cross country program will host the 2025 NCAA Cross Country Mountain Regionals on Friday, Nov. 14th.ÂThe 2025 NCAA Cross Country Mountain Regionals will be held at the Regional Athletic Complex (2280 Rose Park Ln)Â in Salt Lake City, Utah. The women's race is scheduled to begin at 10:30 a.m. MT, while the men's race will begin at 11:30 a.m. MT.
Following both races, there will be a recognition ceremony for those athletes that have earned USTFCCCA All-Region honors beginning at approximately 12:30 p.m. MT. Â
