“I chose the University of Utah because I wanted to go somewhere that is going to compete and help me become a better athlete and person. I was also born here and have a lot of family out here, so it felt like a good fit for me.”
- Appeared in a combined 11 games as a two-way player, missing the second half of the season due to injury.
- Pitched in six games, totaling 12.2 innings on the mound with 13 strikeouts.
- Made his first pitching appearance with an inning at California Baptist (Feb. 28).
- Longest outing of the season was 3.2 innings in the middle game at Kansas State (March 15).
- Also tossed three scoreless innings vs. Oklahoma State (March 22), striking out a season-best four Cowboys against just one hit and one walk.

- Tabbed All-Southern Nevada First Team, Perfect Game All-Region and placed on the Perfect Game Top 50 All-Prospect Team.
- Won the 2021 Southern League Championship and 2022 Mountain League Championship.
