2025 – Junior
- Appeared in a combined 11 games as a two-way player, missing the second half of the season due to injury.
- Pitched in six games, totaling 12.2 innings on the mound with 13 strikeouts.
- Made his first pitching appearance with an inning at California Baptist (Feb. 28).
- Longest outing of the season was 3.2 innings in the middle game at Kansas State (March 15).
- Also tossed three scoreless innings vs. Oklahoma State (March 22), striking out a season-best four Cowboys against just one hit and one walk.
- Went 2-for-8 as a hitter, also contributing a walk and one run scored.
Prior to Utah
- Spent the 2023 and ’24 seasons in the ACC at Georgia Tech, playing in 42 games as an infielder and right-handed pitcher.
- 2023 John Olerud Two-Way Player of the Year Watch List.
- Tallied six hits, two doubles, a home run and nine RBI while with the Yellow Jackets.
- Pitched a combined 13.1 innings on the mound over his two seasons.
- Named to the ACC Academic Honor Roll.
- Played with the Greek National Team in 2022 and ’24 and hopes to help Greece qualify for the Olympics.
Prior to College
- Four-year varsity shortstop at Bishop Gorman High School under Gino DiMaria.
- Perfect Game ranked Diamant as the No. 1 middle infielder in Nevada for his class and No. 9 middle infielder nationally.
- Tabbed All-Southern Nevada First Team, Perfect Game All-Region and placed on the Perfect Game Top 50 All-Prospect Team.
- Won the 2021 Southern League Championship and 2022 Mountain League Championship.

- Son of Nonda and Michelle.
- Has two siblings, Kayla and Naia.
- Father, Nonda, is a Utah alumnus.
