- Academic All-Big 12 Rookie Team
- D1Baseball.com’s Preseason Top Big 12 Impact Freshmen (No. 15)
- Contributed 14 appearances in his first season with two starts, totaling 18.1 innings pitched with 17 strikeouts.
- Longest outing was a three-inning start on a staff day at UC Riverside (March 2) in which he had a season-best five strikeouts.
- Earned his first collegiate save after tossing a scoreless ninth inning in the rubber game vs. BYU (April 12).
- Made his collegiate debut in the series finale at Pepperdine (Feb. 17), going two innings to help Utah lock up the sweep.
Prior to Utah
- Came to the U from Homedale High School, where he played for Burke Deal.
- Decorated two-way career with the Trojans saw Fine win three district championships and a state runner-up.
- Named Idaho 3A State Player of the Year in 2024, his third straight season with over 100 strikeouts on the mound.
- Earned All-Conference all four seasons and Conference MVP twice.
- Solid senior season as a pitcher, finishing 12-0 with a 0.37 ERA and 126 strikeouts.
- Batted alongside his brothers in the lineup for most of his senior year of high school. All three were named All-State and All-Conference.
- Also was a four-year football letter winner, captaining his team as a quarterback and safety.
Personal
- Son of Kevin and Amy.
- Has three siblings, Carson, Payton and Ramsey.
- Payton, his twin brother, is headed to Arizona Christian to play baseball.
- Enjoys golf, snowboarding, outdoor activities, and traveling.
