David Donlevy will enter his third year as the Director of Strategy for the Utah men's basketball program in 2020-21.
As Director of Strategy, Donlevy works with all things related to numbers and analytics within the program. His in-season duties also involve working with advanced scouting - including personnel and game planning for opponents - analysis on both the Utes offense and defenses, along with individual player development. Out of season, duties include future schedule projections and maximization, recruiting research and projections, and assisting with the coordination and execution of summer camps.
Born and raised in Ogden, Utah, Donlevy attended the University of Utah from 2014-2018, graduating with a degree in Business. During his four years as a student, he worked as a student manager for the men’s basketball team. Upon his graduation from the U in 2018, he was hired as a full-time staff member of the program.
