Sean Biedermann is entering his second year of coaching. He is coming to the U from Penn State, where he competed for the Nittany Lions men[apos]s swim team from 2004-2008. While at Penn State, Biedermann earned All-America honors for his part in the 2008 400-yard free relay team, finishing 16th in the event. He also competed in the NCAA Championships in the 200 free relay, placing 17th, the 200 IM, and 200 free events. Biedermann was a four-time scorer at Big Ten Championship in the 200 IM, and ranks second in Penn State school history in the event.
Biedermann graduated from Penn State with a degree in kinesiology.
