• Made her collegiate outdoor season debut at the Stanford Invitational, placing 22nd with a time of 16:18.08 in the 5k
• Took third in the 5000m race with a PR run of 16:06.83 at the Oregon Open
• Was fifth-overall in the first-career 10000m race, finishing with a mark of 33:56.08 at Big 12 Outdoor Championships
• Competed in her first NCAA West Regional meet, placing 16th-overall in the 10k (34:40.36)

• Opened her indoor season at the UW Invitational running in the mile (4:54.02) and 3000m (9:33.18)
• Placed seventh in her first indoor 5k at the Husky Classic with a run of 16:03.35
• Came in 12th at the Big 12 Indoor Championships after crossing the finish line at 16:40.46 in the 5k
2024 Cross Country:
• Opened season winning the UVU Invitational (3 Mile) with a time of 16:25.8 to be Utah’s first individual winner since Emily Venters won the Griak Invitational in 2022
• Helped Utah take second-overall at the Nuttycombe Invitational with a time of 21:01.0
• Clocked in at 20:16.6 for ninth-overall as Utah’s fifth scorer to help capture its second Bill Dellinger Invitational crown
• Posted a time of 20:07.02 for 18th-overall while Utah took third at its first Big 12 Championships
• Placed 13th (20:12.1) as Utah’s second-finisher to help Utes finish fourth as a team at NCAA Mountain Regionals
• Was Utah’s top finisher at the NCAA Championships with a run of 20:08.0 (44th) – which was the seventh-fastest time by at Ute at the championships

• Made her collegiate indoor track debut at the UW Invitational with a 3k time of 9:45.56
• Ran a season-best time of 4:58.21 in the mile at the Ken Shannon Last Chance Meet
2023 Cross Country:
• Was Utah’s top finisher in her collegiate debut with a third-place finish at the UVU Invitational (5k) with a 5k PR time of 16:35.3
• Placed third at the Roy Griak Invitational with a run of 20:49.0 to pace Utah towards a second-place finish
• Set a new 6k PR (20:24.1) after placing 23rd as the team’s top finisher to help Utah finish 15th at the Nuttycombe Invitational
• Placed 16th as Utah’s third scorer in her first Pac-12 Championships behind a PR mark of 19:51.4
• Led the Utes once again with a 14th-place finish (19:53.0) at the NCAA Regionals to help Utah place third as a team
• Was the second Ute to cross the finish line at the NCAA Championships with a mark of 20:04.2 for 33rd overall and helped Utah to its second-best finish ever at the championships (13th)
• Joined McKaylie Caesar as the first pair of Utes to earn All-America honors as an NCAA member
High School:
• Lettered in cross country and track & field at Post Falls High School
• Named 2022-23 Gatorade Idaho Girls Cross Country Player of the Year
• Named 2021-22 North Idaho Athletics Hall of Fame Girls XC Athlete of the Year

• Swept the podium in the 3200m winning the 2023 district, regional and state championship titles while claiming the district and regional titles in the 1600m

• Captured victories in all seven meets she competed in 2022 including the Nike Twilight XC Invitational, XC district championship and Idaho State XC Championship
• Led Post Falls High School to the 2022 XC district championship and fifth-place finish at the state XC championships
