PROVO, Utah - The No. 45 Brigham Young Cougars upended the University of Utah women's tennis team 7-2 in Western Athletic Conference play Tuesday night. The two Ute victories came at No. 2 and No. 3 doubles, where Molly Sanderson and Heidi Thomas cruised to an 8-4 win over Caytee Goble and Lisel Freestone, and Brooke Wilkinson and Linn Ronnberg out-slugged Brooke Leavens and Khushchehr Italia respectively. Megan Payne at No. 1 singles was the only other competitive match for Utah as she went down in three-sets to Gee Gee Garvin, 6-2, 3-6, 6-4.
