THIS WEEK:
The University of Utah swimming and diving teams open the 2005-06 season by hosting the Don Reddish Relays. The meet will start at 6:00 p.m. MT and take place at Ute Natatorium. The Don Reddish Relays consist of 12 events, with BYU and Villanova competing with Utah. The meet is a non-scoring event and will not affect any of the team's records. This marks the second time Utah has hosted the Don Reddish Relays.
QUOTING HEAD COACH Michael Litzinger:
"The Don Reddish Relays are a great way to begin our season. I am pleased that the meet is named in honor of one of the University of Utah's Coaching legends. The meet will give us an opportunity to see our team in a competitive situation, and adding Villanova to the mix will be exciting."
