"We needed to get off to a good start and we did that tonight. I thought Johnnie Bryant did his best job running the team tonight. We have some young guys playing some crucial minutes. We did a really good job on (David) Chiotti and Bryant Markson did a great job on (Mark) Walters. We worked on doubling Chiotti all week, but Luke (Nevill) and Chris (Jackson) played great defense."
"We need to get a bad taste in our mouths or a chip on our shoulders. We need to be the aggressor and prove to ourselves mentally to be more aggressive."

We didn't get to the line until there was 14 minutes left in the game, and I thought that was a key to the game. We made a conscious effort to get to the rim. I thought our guys did it and I think we got a little frustrated when we didn't get the calls, but that is part of it. You gotta keep playing through it. We gave effort, but just didn't make shots."
