-The Utes won their first true road contest of the year. They are now 3-0 away from home this season, including two neutral-site victories.
-Utah shot over 50% from the field (.548) for the first time this year. It was the fourth consecutive time the Utes shot at least 50%. Utah is 4-0 when shooting a field goal percentage of at least 50%.
-Utah has held its opponent under 44% shooting in every game this year. With Missouri State's 34% from the field, the Utes have kept three of their five opponents under 40%.
-Utah's largest lead of the game came in the second half at 15 (63-48) at the 2:09 mark
-The Utes held an 11-point lead (16-5) with 13:08 remaining in the first half but went into halftime trailing by one (27-26).
-The Utes have scored at least 71 points in four of five games this year.
-Utah led held the lead for exactly 17 minutes of the first half. The score was tied twice for a total of 2:59 and Missouri State led for the last 00:01 of the half.

-Senior guard Tyler Kepkay scored a season-high 13 points on 4-of-5 shooting, including a perfect 3-of-3 from three-point range. Sophomore guard Carlon Brown tied his season-high of 13 points, going 5-of-9 from the field and knocking down three free throws.
-Utah is now 1-1 on the year when trailing at the half.
-Utah has scored the first points of the game in all five contests this year.
