In General:
"We got up 28-10 and kind of felt like we were in a flow and then just kind of left some points out on the field. Hats off to (Air Force). They came back and played us tough and made it close. (Utah's defense) did a great job of bending, but not breaking. They kind of gave up the big play, but were forcing turnovers. So, hats off to the defense as well, because in crunch time, they got it done."
"Honestly, you never need close (wins). But, you've got to be able to win the close ones. That's what makes a great team. We came out of this one today. Plays happen and you just have to grind it out. (The fourth down pass) was a gusty play call. I thought we executed it well, but we just didn't make the play. Hats off to them for making a big play and making it close."
On running the ball:
It was definitely something we looked at. It also gave our defense a rest. We have a lot of drives ... I think two drives were 12 and 15 play drives. They ate up a lot of clock and gave our defense a rest
On TCU:
Yeah, I guess we can talk about it now. It's going to be a showdown. They're having a great year. Their defense is having another good year, so we are going to have to go out there and play a perfect game. I've been taking it one game at a time, but honestly we all knew when the day was. They're a great football team. They showed us last year how great they were and so it's going to be a good week of preparation and a good game on Saturday.
