Members of the Utah women's basketball team will be writing blog entries throughout the season. Today's entry is from Michelle Harrison.
Hey Ute fans! First off, I'd like to say thanks to all of you and the support you continue to give! The girls and I couldn't be more appreciative of all that you do for us and this program! We're coming off some hard-fought losses at BYU, and then at home against Wyoming, but we have used these games as great stepping stones in helping us become the team we know we can be. It's never enjoyable to lose, but hey, we get another shot at both of these teams! Practices have been intense and every one of us is working extremely hard to bring in another long stretch of W's. The result was a very good win at The Pit in New Mexico on Wednesday!
All of you may already know, but a big and very important game against TCU is coming up on January 22, and we're going to need all of our fans there to cheer us on! It should be a very competitive game, but we know we'll be ready for it. It is also our Power of Pink game.
We hope all of you have enjoyed the holiday season and that we'll see you there Saturday the 22nd wearing red! GO UTES!!!
