- Senior guard Josh Watkins registered game highs of 16 points and tallied seven assists. He has led the Utes in scoring in all four games this season and has now scored double figures in 11 straight games going back to last season.
-Utah shot 60% from the floor (27-of-45), including 50% from 3-point range (6-for-12). It was Utah's best shooting percentage since posting a 63.5% effort against LSU on Jan. 9, 2009. The Utes shot 68.4% (13-of-19) in the first half and 53.8% (14-of-26) in the second half.
-Junior center Jason Washburn hit double figures with 11 points on 3-of-5 from the field and 5-of-6 at the free throw line. He also led the Utes with five rebounds.
-Freshman guard Kareem Storey scored a career-high 12 points on 4-of-5 from the field, including his first two 3-pointers of the season. He also knocked down 2-of-4 at the free throw line, made a team-high three steals and logged two assists.
-Junior guard Kyle Perkins scored a career-high four points, scoring on a pair of layups.
-Of the 11 Utes to play in the game, 10 scored at least one point.
-Utah posted season highs in points (75), shooting percentage (60%), 3-point percentage (50%), field goals made (27) and steals (7). Massachusetts' 90 points were the highest by a Utah opponent. The Minutemen also posted Ute opponent highs for field goals (34), field goal attempts (67), 3-point field goals (15), 3-point field goal attempts (30), assists (19) and steals (14).
-Junior guard Chris Hines made his first start of the season, finishing with nine points and two rebounds.
