-Junior guard Chris Kupets was Utah's leading scorer with 20 points. He also grabbed a career-high six rebounds and made one steal. Kupets has now hit the 20-point plateau three times, including twice in MWC games. Additionally, he tied his career-high with seven free throws made.
-Junior center David Foster posted a career-high 13 rebounds while adding four points and three blocks in a season-high 33 minutes.
-Foster's three blocks lifted his career total to 199. Currently in second place all-time at Utah, Foster trails only Luke Nevill, who holds the career record with 205 rejections from 2005-09. Foster has now blocked at least one shot in 54 of his last 57 games over the last two seasons and has blocked multiple shots in 44 of those contests.
-Junior wing Will Clyburn reached 19 points with two made free throws at the 10:00 mark in the second half, then left with an unspecified foot injury. His status was unknown following the game. He also added six rebounds, one assist, one block and one steal. Clyburn has scored double digits in 24 of Utah's 26 games this season.
-Junior guard Josh "Jiggy" Watkins finished with 19 points. He also contributed two assists and a pair of steals. Watkins has scored double digits 19 times this year.
-Freshman wing J.J. O'Brien scored double digits for the second straight game and fourth time this year, finishing with 10 points for the second straight game. He also tied his career-high of three assists for the fourth time.
-The Utes shot 52.0% for the game (26-of-50), posting their highest shooting percentage since knocking down 54.7% (29-of-53) at TCU on Jan. 22.
-Utah shot 71.9% (23-of-32) from the free throw line. It was the Utes' best performance at the charity stripe since they knocked down 71.4% in their previous contest with Wyoming on Jan. 15 in Laramie.
