Utah's 44-point margin of victory was its largest since a 49-0 win in 1922.
BYU had 11 rushing yards for the game. The Cougars were held to negative rushing yards in the first (-6), third (-5) and fourth (-2) quarters.
Utah had seven turnovers - six fumble recoveries and one interception.
Utah's 481 yards of total offense is the most that BYU has allowed this year.
Jordan Wynn now has 10 career 200-yard passing games, throwing for 239 yards (16-for-30), with two touchdowns. He threw his first interception of the season late in the second quarter.
Jordan Wynn moved into ninth all-time in the Utah career record books for passing yards. Wynn has 4,241 yards passing.
Dres Anderson scored his first career touchdown on a 59-yard reception in the third quarter. Anderson led Utah with a career-high 81 yards on three receptions.
John White had his second 100-yard rushing game of the season, racking up 174 yards on 22 carries. He scored three touchdowns, including a 62-yard touchdown run in the fourth quarter. The last Ute to score three touchdowns in a game was Darrell Mack against Air Force in 2008.
John White's 174 yards was the most by a Ute in a game since Brandon Warfield's 181 yards against Texas A&M in 2003.
Jake Murphy had his first career receptions in the second quarter, including a 30-yard touchdown reception. He caught three passes for 51 yards.
Derrick Shelby scored his first career touchdown on a fumble recovery in the first quarter, falling on the ball in the end zone. Shelby had two pass breakups for the Utes.
V.J. Fehoko scored his first career touchdown on a 57-yard fumble return in the fourth quarter.
Quade Chappuis, Chaz Walker and Trevor Reilly each had five tackles to lead the Utes.
Trevor Reilly had three tackles for loss, as well as a pass breakup.
Quade Chappuis had his first career interception.
Brothers Dave and Joe Kruger started together on the defensive line for the first time this season.
