 Troy Williams finished the game going 20-for-30 for 235 yards with a 30-yard touchdown pass. He also tallied 40 yards rushing on 10 carries.

With 149 yards on 23 carries, Joe Williams became the 13th player in school history to rush for 1,000 yards in a season. He has 1,088 rushing yards this season and has five-straight 100-yard rushing games. Williams scored his ninth rushing touchdown of the season in the third quarter on a 12-yard rush. He had 186 all-purpose yards, which included a career-high 37 yards receiving.
 Tim Patrick led the Utes in receiving, catching six passes for 58 yards.
 Evan Moeai scored his second touchdown of the season in the fourth quarter on his only catch of the day for a 30-yard reception.
 Cory Butler-Byrd scored his first touchdown of the season on a 24-yard touchdown run. He also had three catches for 14 yards and 11 yards on kickoff returns for a total of 49 all-purpose yards.
 Hunter Dimick had two sacks to set the Utah career record for sacks (29.0). He had three tackles and a pass breakup. Dimick has a team-leading 14 sacks this season.
 Cody Barton led Utah with a career-high 20 total tackles (10 solo), the most in a game by a Ute since 2010.
 Chase Hansen scored a special teams touchdown after a fumbled punt return, his second score of the season (he also has an interception for a touchdown on defense this year). Hansen had nine tackles and a pass breakup.
 Andy Phillips scored his 400th career point, becoming the first player in Utah history to reach the 400-point mark. He has 403 career points.
 Mitch Wishnowsky downed four of his six punts inside the 20-yard line, including a punt at the two-yard line, and had three punts of 50+ yards.

Attendance of 46,327 is the 10th-largest in school history. The Utes have sold out 44-straight games in Rice-Eccles Stadium since the 2010 opener. Of those sellouts, 41 have been standing room-only crowds.
