Utah Women’s Tennis Set To Host ITA Regionals

SALT LAKE CITY – The University of Utah women's tennis program is set to host the 2017 ITA Mountain Regional, Oct. 11-15 at the George S. Eccles Tennis Center.
Each day will begin with doubles play at 9 a.m. MT, followed by singles play. The Mountain Region comprises of 19 teams and hundreds of student-athletes showcasing the event this week.
Representing Utah this week in the doubles will be Margo Pletcher and Brianna Turley. The pair, who also competed this fall at the ITA All-American Championships, won 11 matches together last season.
In singles play, Leah Heimuli, Victoria Robertson and Pletcher all taking part in the top half of the draw while Whitney Turley, Brianna Turley and Alexia Petrovic will play in the bottom half.
