Utah notes
The Utes (4-2, 1-1 Pac-12) return home after a weekend in Arizona to kick off their Pac-12 Conference Schedule. The Utes fell in a tough 0-4 decision to Arizona State, but rebounded to defeat Arizona in a close 4-3 victory. The Utes also posted a 6-1 victory over in-state rival BYU in Provo. After dropping the doubles point, the Utes came back to win each singles point to secure the dual-match win.

North Carolina State (9-6, 0-3 ACC) comes to Utah 9-6 on the season. They started the spring season with two dominant home wins over Appalachian State and Campbell in a January double-header, both by a score of 7-0. They have also picked up home wins over James Madison, Furman, and William & Mary in February, all by a score of 6-1. Last time out, they picked up a win over Michigan State at home, 6-1. While the Wolfpack has a 7-3 home record, they are winless on the road after falling to Miami, 3-4, and to Florida State, 2-5. Despite their solid 8-6 overall record, the Wolfpack is 0-3 in the ACC, after dropping their matches to Miami and Florida State as well as to Duke, 2-5.
