BOULDER, Colo. - The Utah ski team had 14 skiers named to the United States Collegiate Ski Association (USCSCA) National Collegiate All-Academic Ski Team.
To qualify, student-athletes must have a cumulative 3.5 grade point average and have competed at the NCAA Regional Championships.
The Utes had nine alpine skiers named to the team:
Joergen Brath,
Dominic Demschar,
Sam Dupratt,
Chloe Fausa,
Abby Ghent,
Martin Grasic,
Julie Mohagen,
Lauren Samuels and
Ty Sprock.
Nordic skiers named to the All-Academic squad were
Martin Bergström,
Logan Diekmann,
Guro Jordheim,
Leah Lange and
Merete Myrseth.
Three Utes have 4.0 GPA's, Diekmann, Mohagen and Lange.
The Utes travel to the NCAA Championships for their next meet, hosted by New Hampshire from March 8-11.
