Ski Team Announces Signing of Dyllan Guay

Ogden native and PCSS standout bolsters 2027 alpine lineup for Utes
SALT LAKE CITY – Adding a name that may resonate with longtime fans of the Utah Ski Team, head alpine coach JJ Johnson announced the signing of Dyllan Guay on Wednesday.
Guay, a native of Ogden, Utah, most recently raced with Park City Ski & Snowboard. For U.S. skiers in her birth year of 2007, she ranks second in slalom and fourth in GS on the most recent FIS points lists.
She had six podiums during the 2026 season with three wins. Guay raced on the Nor-Am Cup circuit throughout the season, placing in the top-30 six times. She also has several top-20 results in FIS university races.
During the 2024 season, she placed fourth in giant slalom during U.S. Junior Nationals.
Longtime fans of the Utah Ski Team may recall the Guay name from races in the early 2000s. Indeed, she is the daughter of two Utah alumni from the early 2000s- in Kristian Guay and Christina Babilis. In addition, her uncle, Erik Guay, raced for Canada in three Olympic Games.
