The Basics: The Utah women's basketball program is set to host the Utah Valley Wolverines on Saturday, Dec. 1 as part of a double-header with the men's team. The women will tip off at 5:30 p.m. MT on the Pac-12 Networks with Krista Blunk and Elise Woodward on the call.
How to Tune In: The game against Utah Valley will air on Pac-12 Networks. Fans can also catch the game in action on the radio with Tyson Ewing calling the shots on ESPN 700.
The Opponent: The Utah Valley Wolverines are sitting at 4-1 on the season with an in-state game against BYU on Thursday before coming to the Huntsman Center on Saturday. They are led in scoring by junior Jordan Holland, who is averaging 14.2 points and 7.0 rebounds per game with freshman Eve Braslis also contributing 13.6 points and a team-high 7.4 rebounds per game. They have been strong on both sides of the ball this year, ranking in the top 35 nationally in both assists and steals per game.

Next Up: It is an in-state affair in December as the Utes take on three straight Utah teams. Next up for the Utes after the Wolverines will be BYU on Saturday, Dec. 8 at 7 p.m. MT. The game will air on Pac-12 Networks.

• Utah is out-rebounding its opponents by 13.7 per game, ranking 15th nationally and second in the Pac-12. The Utes have finished in the top two in the Pac-12 in rebounding margin in two seasons since
Lynne Roberts took over.
Last Time Out: The Utes had another high scoring outing on Monday against Seattle U, defeating the Redhawks 89-62. It was the third time this season and second straight game that the Utes have scored 80+ points.
Daneesha Provo scored a career-high 27 points, shooting 61-percent from the floor while adding a career-best five steals.
Megan Huff chipped in her fourth double-double of the season with 23 points and 12 rebounds while
Dre'Una Edwards rounded out Utah's double-digit scorers with 12 points, five rebounds and four steals.
Utah vs. The Western Athletic Conference: Utah is facing its second straight opponent from the WAC after defeating Seattle U on Monday. The Utes are 31-6 against the current members of the WAC, including a 6-0 record against Utah Valley.
Huff Gets 1,000: Through 36 games in a Utah uniform,
Megan Huff has 557 points. With her 557 points as a Ute and the 455 points she accumulated during her two seasons at Hawaii, the senior has eclipsed the 1,000 career points mark, sitting at 1,012.
Career Night for Daneesha: Senior
Daneesha Provo scored a career-high 27 points in Utah's win over Seattle U on Monday. She was 11-of-18 (61-percent), passing her previous career-best of 24 set against Arizona last season.
Double Assists for Dru: Redshirt freshman
Dru Gylten racked up a career-high 11 assists against Seattle U, the first time in the
Lynne Roberts era that a freshman has reached double-digits in assists. She is also the first freshman this season in the Pac-12 and fourth in the country to reach double-digits in assists.
Bean's On Track:Erika Bean was perfect in shooting in Utah's win over Seattle U, going 4-for-4 from the floor and 1-for-1 at the charity stripe for nine points. She has scored eight or more points in the last three games.
Turnover Lows: Utah had a season-low eight turnovers against Seattle U. It ties for the second-lowest turnover amount by the Utes under the direction of head coach
Lynne Roberts (lowest was 7 at Weber State, 11/17/17).
Daneesha on Defense: Daneesha Provo has averaged 4.5 steals in the last two games. She recorded a career-high five against Seattle U and has 13 total this season to rank eighth in the Pac-12.
20 for Huff: Megan Huff has scored in the 20-point range in three of Utah's six games this season, including a season-high 23 against Seattle U. She has 10 games as a Ute in the 20s and has scored in double digits in 28 of the 36 games she has played in at Utah, including all six this season.
Dru Ranks High:In five of her first six games in a Utah uniform, redshirt freshman
Dru Gylten has had six or more assists, including her career-high 11 against Seattle. She has 42 total this season, ranking sixth nationally (first among freshmen) and third in the Pac-12.
Bean Earns 400:Erika Bean has 30 assists through four games, giving her 402 in her career. She is tied with Monica Starrett (1979-82) for eighth all-time at Utah and is just the eighth player in program history to have 400 career assists.
