 Jaylen Dixon had his second career 100-yard receiving game with 114 yards on nine catches. He caught a 27-yard touchdown in the first quarter, his second touchdown reception of the year. Dixon had three catches of 20-plus yards and has 12 receptions of 20-plus yards this season, which leads the team.Â
 Jake Jackson scored on a four-yard reception for his second touchdown of the season. It was the first time in his career he has had multiple catches in a game (three catches, 33 yards). Â
 Matt Gay made field goals of 32 and 20 yards to close out his Utah career. The 2017 Lou Groza Award winner ranks third all time in the Ute record books with 56 career field goals, fourth with 65 attempts and third with 253 career kicking points.Â
 Mitch Wishnowsky had a 63-yard punt, his third of 60-plus yards this season. He dropped two punts inside the 20-yard line, including a punt at the nine-yard line in the fourth quarter for his 10thpunt inside the 10-yard line this season. Wishnowsky averaged 46.2 yards per punt (five punts, 231 yards), which ranks second in bowl games at Utah.Â
 Derrick Vickers had four kick returns for 78 yards, his career high and a season best for any Utah player.Â
 Corrion Ballard was in double-figure tackles for the third time this season with a season-high 10 and led the Utes with 2.5 tackles for loss (1.0 sack).Â
 Marquise Blair had his second interception of the season in the second quarter.Â
