Why did you choose Utah and what other schools were recruiting you?
RH: There was a number of factors that made me choose Utah over other schools. A big factor for me was that it was close to home and it will also provide a great education for me. Another major reason is to have the opportunity to compete in one of the best conferences in college baseball.
Â
Who has been the most influential person or people in your life and why?
RH: The most influential people in my life have been my parents. They have always supported me in everything I do and have provided many great opportunities.
Â
What is your favorite baseball memory so far?
RH: I have a lot of great baseball memories in my life, but my favorite would probably be going to the ALCS games and one World Series game in 2011.
What are you most excited about in playing baseball for the Utes?
RH: I'm most excited to have a new baseball family that I'm with every day and to compete in the Pac-12.
Â
What goals do you have while in college as well as after college?
RH: My goals in college are to help the team win as many games as possible and to also get a college degree. After college, I want to pursue a career in professional baseball and then some form of physical therapy.
