• With the win, Utah has now won seven consecutive home games and nine of its last 10.

• Utah snaps a four-game losing streak against Washington State, earning its first win in the series since 2012.
 • Utah raises its record in homecoming games to 61-34-4 and 15-13-1 in homecoming games vs. Pac-12 schools.
• The Utah defense has held its opponents to just 20 second half points this season (4.0 per game), including a second-half shutout tonight against a Washington State team that came into the night averaging 52.8 points per game.

• The Utes held Washington State to 313 yards of total offense and their quarterback to 252 yards passing, their lowest totals of the season. Entering the game, WSU quarterback Anthony Gordon was averaging 473.5 yards passing per game with Washington State leading the country in passing yards per game (499.5) and ranking second in total offense (605.2). WSU was held to just 13 points (its fewest points scored since Oct. 3, 2017, a 37-3 loss at Cal) after averaging 52.8 points per game coming into the day.

• Washington State was held to 61 yards rushing, the fifth-straight game Utah has held its opponent under 100 yards rushing.

• Tyler Huntley had 334 passing yards, his fifth career 300-yard passing game, tying him for seventh in Utah history with Mike Richmond (1988-90). Huntley went 21-of-30 passing on the night (2 TD, 0 INT). He also had 31 rushing yards and two rushing touchdowns.
           • He has moved into ninth all-time in career passing touchdowns (34), passing Jordan
Wynn (33, 2009-12).
           • He moved into sixth all-time in career passing yards (5,405), passing Mike Fouts (7th:
5,107) and Alex Smith (6th: 5,203, 2002-04).
           • He has 116 straight pass attempts without an interception. Utah entered the day one
           of 14 teams that has not thrown an interception yet.
           • He notched his 16th career win as a Utah quarterback, breaking the tie for fifth all-time
           in career wins, passing Mike Fouts (15, 1995-96).

• The offense produced three of the Utes' five longest pass plays of the season in the first half:

• Bryan Thompson recorded his second 100-yard receiving game this year and had career highs with 111 yards and four catches.

• Samson Nacua had a career-high 90 yards receiving (five catches) with one touchdown.
• Nacua scored his first touchdown of the season and the seventh of his career on a 52-yard reception. It was his longest catch of the season and second longest of his career.

• Devonta'e Henry-Cole scored on an 11-yard reception in the first quarter for his first career receiving touchdown and his second overall touchdown of the year. He has scored in back-to-back weeks. He finished the game with 15 carries, tying his career high in yards with 79 (5.3 ypc).Â

• Solomon Enis had a career-high 62 yards receiving (three catches). He also had a career-long 41-yard catch in the second quarter.

• Derrick Vickers scored his first career touchdown in the third quarter on a seven-yard rush.

• Utah had 12 team pass breakups, which is second all-time in a game at Utah and the most in a game since recording 11 vs. BYU in 2015. Terrell Burgess led Utah with a career-high three pass breakups.

• Francis Bernard had his second double-digit tackle game of the season with 12, the second time this season he led the team in tackles. He also had an interception return for 22 yards in the fourth quarter, his second pick of the season and sixth of his career (3 at Utah, 3 at BYU).

• Jaylon Johnson made his first interception of the season in the third quarter (sixth career).

• Jadon Redding went 1-for-2 in field goals with a make of 28 yards (miss of 33 yards). He is 5-of-7 in field goals this year.

• Attendance was 46,115, the 60th-straight sellout at Rice-Eccles Stadium since the 2010 season opener. It is the 56th standing-room only crowd in that streak.
