FEDERAL WAY, Washington – Charity Pittard had Utah's top individual performance of the evening at the Pac-12 Championships, finishing 14
th in the 200 IM. Her time of 1:59.88 helped her reach the "B" final, was the fourth-fastest swim in Utah history and a NCAA "B" qualifying time.
The other two events saw
Audrey Reimer build off her performance last night with a PR in the 50 free of 23.09.
Sara McClendon had the best Ute time in the 500 free at 4:51.04.
The one relay of the evening, the 200 free, had Utah finishing eighth as the quartet of Reimer,
Leyre Casarin,
Maddie Woznick and
Sarah Lott touched the wall in 1:32.23.
On the boards,
Tony Chen was in third place after the men's 3m prelims but despite improving his score in the finals, slipped back to sixth.
Lizzy DeCecco took 11
th for Utah in the women's 1m with a score of 250.25
The Utes continue competition tomorrow with the 400 IM, 100 fly, 200 free, 100 breast, 100 back and 200 medley relay scheduled along with the women's 3m dive and men's platform
