Harlan provides some details on Pac-12 Conference commissioner George Kliavkoff's visit to campus this past month and the league's new alliance with the ACC and Big Ten. He also gives his insight on the implementation of new Name, Image and Likeness policies for student-athletes and the NCAA Constitutional Convention scheduled for November.
