SALT LAKE CITY – University of Utah baseball unveiled its 2022 regular season schedule on Thursday. The Utes have a 55-game docket ahead, with the season opening in a Feb. 18-20 series at Loyola Marymount, and both the home and Pac-12 slates beginning March 11 vs. Washington.

Utah, entering its first season under head coach
Gary Henderson, will travel for weekend series at the Tony Gwynn Legacy series at San Diego State (Feb. 25-27) and CSU Bakersfield (March 4-6). Other early road non-conference tilts include Utah Valley (Feb. 22), UNLV (March 1) and Fresno State (March 8).
Pac-12 play is scheduled to begin at the home confines of Smith's Ballpark when Washington visits for a three-game set (March 11-13). It opens a stretch with 10-of-13 games in Salt Lake City, as BYU (March 15), Northern Colorado (March 22-23) and Mercer (March 25-27) are all slated to come to town.
Other Pac-12 series at home include UCLA (April 8-10), Arizona (April 14-16), Oregon State (April 29-May 1) and Stanford (May 13-15). On the road, Utah's conference trips bring the Utes to Oregon (March 18-20), Washington State (April 1-3), USC (April 22-24), Arizona State (May 6-8) and Cal (May 19-21).
Ticket information will be released in the near future. The Utes will also publicly release the 2022 roster on Monday, Jan. 10.
The Pac-12 last August announced the creation of the Pac-12 Baseball Tournament, and the inaugural edition of the championship will be held May 25-29 at Scottsdale Stadium in Scottsdale, Arizona.
