Sophomore Wide Receiver Devaughn Vele On moving forward from the Oregon game…
"We still have another game left in the regular season, and we've got to make sure we finish the right way. Obviously, we want to put (Oregon) behind us. It was a tough loss to take, but we understand that we've got to keep moving on and finish on a positive note. Just making sure we stick to the game plan, watch our film and do what we have to do for this Saturday."
 On playing on the road…
"I try not to think that away games are too much 'into your head.' Once you start thinking that, (your opponent) already has an advantage over you. You've got to treat every game as if you're playing at Rice-Eccles. Obviously, the [road] crowd is hostile. Nobody's going to be cheering for us when we make a big play. That's an obvious given…We started off slow and just couldn't find the rhythm. It falls upon us, we just had to make plays. The ball wasn't rolling for us in that game."
On guys picking each other up…
"A good picker-upper is going to help (teammates) in the long run. If you just keep to yourself, it's almost seems selfish, to just worry about yourself…That's one thing I know this team does very well with, always picking people up when we do have a tough game. Every game is going to be different. Somebody else is going to out-shine the other people. It was just one of those games that was a tough one…I feel like we're a good brotherhood, everybody's talking each other up and just understanding that we have to stay positive for this next game coming up."
