OPENING TIP
• The Utes moved up two spots to 13th in this week's AP poll and one spot to 13th in the USA Today Coaches poll. Both are the program's highest positions since being slotted at 12th in the March 10, 2008 AP poll and 13th in that week's Coaches poll.
• Utah is the nation's No. 2 scoring team (94.4 ppg), one of five major statistical categories in which the Utes boast a top-5 ranking nationally: No. 1 in field-goal percentage (52.9), tied for first in assists (21.0), No. 3 in scoring margin (+33) and No. 5 in assist/turnover ratio (1.56).
• This week's NCAA NET rankings place the Utes at No. 6, second-best among Pac-12 teams behind Stanford (2). Utah is one of just 10 schools whose women's and men's basketball programs both rank in the top 25 of their respective NET rankings. Utah's men rank 18th.
• Utah has topped the century mark twice this season, and scored 90 or more points five times. The Utes scored 100+ three times last season and scored 90 or more eight times.
• Junior forward
Alissa Pili has scored 28 points in each of the past two games, the first time a Ute has scored 28 or more in consecutive games since 2013-14, and first time in road games since at least 1999-2000. Pili, who was named Pac-12 Player of the Week Nov. 28, ranks third in the nation (No. 1 Pac-12) in field-goal percentage at 69.9%, and is 12th in scoring (3rd Pac-12) at 20.9 per game. She has shot 72% or better in 5 of 8 games this season.

Lynne Roberts' tenure with the Utes, compiling a record of 66-25 in those games.
• The Utes are tied for first nationally in assists (21.0), including a season-best 33 against No. 16 Oklahoma, and have assisted on 62.7 percent of made field goals.
• Utah's 46-point victory over No. 16 Oklahoma on Nov. 16 was the largest win margin by the Utes against an AP Top 25 team. It was also the largest margin of victory for a Pac-12 team against a ranked team since 1999-00.
• Preseason Watch Lists: Soph.
Gianna Kneepkens (Jersey Mike's Naismith Award/nation's top player; and Cheryl Miller Award/top small forward) and Jr.
