Utah Football Announces 2023 Home Game Promotions

SALT LAKE CITY – With just 24 days before the season opener, Utah Football has announced its game-by-game promotions as fans prepare to continue the tradition of Rice-Eccles Stadium being one of the toughest places to play in the country.
Utah opens the 2023 season against the Florida Gators on Thursday, Aug. 31 in Rice-Eccles Stadium with the game being a RED OUT. Fans can wear their favorite red gear, or visit Utah Red Zone on campus or online here to get the newest Utah gear before the game.
After coming back from Waco, Texas, the Utes host Weber State on Saturday, Sept. 16 for Champions Weekend. After a historic 2022-23 season where the Utes won 10 regular season and tournament/championship game conference titles, Utah Athletics will welcome back its champions to Rice-Eccles Stadium to celebrate another successful year.
Opening Pac-12 play on Saturday, Sept. 23, Utah welcomes in UCLA for Homecoming with the 2023 Crimson Club Hall of Fame also being honored during the game. The Utes will also Stripe the Stadium against the Bruins with more details to come on section and color information.
Against California on Saturday, Oct. 14, Utah will have its annual Ute Proud game. Like in years past, the Ute Tribe will perform at halftime with Ute Proud gear available at the Utah Red Zone.
For Utah's game against Oregon on Saturday, Oct. 28, the Utes will celebrate the Mighty Utah Student Section, which was established in 2002. The Utes will also start the month of November against Arizona State in Rice-Eccles Stadium on Saturday, Nov. 4, hosting the Sun Devils for its Salute America game.
Finishing the regular season at home, Utah will host Colorado on Saturday, Nov. 25 for its annual Senior Day.
