MEET WEEK
Fourth-ranked Utah Gymnastics continues conference play on the road, traveling to Washington for a Saturday matinee meet. Utah and Washington compete at 1 p.m. MT at Alaska Airlines Arena at Hec Edmundson Pavilion on Saturday, Feb. 10. The Utes and Huskies will be televised on the Pac-12 Networks. Jim Watson and Amanda Borden will be on the call for the network.
IN THE RANKINGS
Utah remained fourth in the nation for the second straight week, using the season average scores. The Utes ranked amongst the top 10 programs in each event for the fifth consecutive week. With each passing season, the staple event for the Red Rocks program continues to be their beam performance ranking second in the nation. Utah has put together a 'dance party' with their floor routines, ranking fourth. Remaining in the top 10, Utah has put together the eighth-ranked vault lineup and ninth-ranked bars squad. Â
QUICK STICKS
• For the fourth meet of the season, the Red Rocks swept the top spot on each event against Oregon State, after claiming event wins against Boise State, Arizona State, and at the Best of Utah.
• Utah has claimed 25 event victories on the season, with
Maile O'Keefe leading the charge accumulating seven wins thus far with three beam wins, three floor wins and one win on bars.
Grace McCallum is close behind with six wins, adding her fourth victory on bars against Oregon State.
• After announcing her intentions to return to international competition in pursuit of the 2024 Olympics in Paris,
Amelie Morgan made her first appearance on vault for the Red Rocks. She would also score a 9.90 on beam for the second competition in a row.Â

Maile O'Keefe cemented her legacy in the Utah Gymnastics record books moving into a share of the top spot for career 10.0 scores with Theresa Kulikowski at 14, after earning her third perfect 10.0 score on beam of the season against Oregon State.
• Utah has had a gymnast named to one of the Pac-12 weekly awards in each of the first three weeks of the season. Gymnast of the Week:

Amelie Morgan (Jan. 23).
• Utah was picked to win the Pac-12 title in the Preseason Coaches Poll. Utah owns the most Pac-12 Championships among Pac-12 institutions with a league-best six Pac-12 Championships (2014, 2015, 2017, 2021, 2022, 2023).
• The Red Rocks return 16 routines from last year's third-place team, including five All-American honorees.Â
• Utah returns 16-of-24 routines from last year's third-place finish at the NCAA Championship
CHALK TALK
• Head coach
Carly Dockendorf enters her first season leading the Red Rocks program and her seventh overall. Utah's coaching staff is in its third year together as a whole, with
Jimmy Pratt and
Myia Hambrick returning to assist Dockendorf.
• The Red Rocks have hit 114 of 120 routines throughout beginning of the 2024 season
• Utah is coming off its fourth consecutive Pac-12 Regular Season Championship, third-straight and sixth Pac-12 Championship, and an NCAA Regional title.
• Utah has three individuals in the top 25 of separate events including;
Abby Paulson (4th/beam),
Makenna Smith (6th/vault, 17th/all-around),
Grace McCallum (T21/vault, T7/bars, T19/floor).
• Utah has seen three first career victories so far this season, with
Ashley Glynn and
Camie Winger on vault, and
Amelie Morgan on bars.Â
STANDOUT STATS
• Utah is unbeaten in the series against Washington, owning an overall record of 69-0-2.Â
• Utah maintains a 17-0-2 record on the road in Seattle, with their closest contest against the Huskies coming out as in a 195.975-195-975 draw in 2013.
• Utah has eclipsed the 49-point mark in each event in every meet so far during the 2024 campaign.Â
• The Red Rocks have brought down the house with the floor routines, posting a season-high 49.600 at the Best of Utah and following up with a 49.550 against Oregon State.

2024 Week 5 Ranking: 30th
• Washington makes its return to their home arena to host Utah, after a pair of back-to-back meets on the road at UCLA and Stanford.
• The Huskies will look to their top beam performer Skylar Killough-Wilhelm, currently #11 on the apparatus with an average score of 9.900.Â
• Killough-Wilhelm led the team with a season-high 39.475 all-around score at UCLA, highlighted by 9.850+ scores in all four of her events.Â
• Washington tallied their highest team score of the season against the Bruins, finishing with a 196.300.
