SALT LAKE CITY –
Emily Martin and
Katarzyna Nowakowska of Utah track & field will represent their respective countries this weekend across Europe.

Martin is first to take the track, running with Team Canada in the 4x100m relay national event this Saturday, July 19, inside London Stadium that'll take place during the Wanda Diamond League event in London, U.K. This will serve as Martin's first time competing with the senior national team after training with them earlier this year in Baton Rouge, La.

The 4x100m relay is scheduled to start at 6:33 a.m. (MDT) and 1:33 p.m. (GMT +1) inside London Stadium. Viewers in the United States can watch the race on

On Sunday, Nowakowska will take the track for the Polish National Team as she competes in the 5000m race at the 15th edition of the European Athletics U23 Championships held at Fana Stadium in Bergen, Norway. The Slupsk, Poland, native is scheduled to toe the line at 8:35 a.m. (MDT) / 4:35 p.m. (GMT +2) and can be l
