SALT LAKE CITY — Utah sophomore
Avery Neff put together a steady all-around performance, tying her season-best (39.500) to procure the event win and notch her second Big 12 Gymnast of the Week honor of 2026.
Neff's efforts helped the Red Rocks to their second Big 12 victory- a 196.450 -194.925 win over Arizona State last weekend, keeping the Utes undefeated in conference competition.
The 13
th-ranked vaulter in the country added a 9.85 to Utah's tally through rotation one, while going 9.80 in rotation two on bars.
Neff turned up the heat on beam, matching her career-high 9.95 to earn her a second event win on the night. The Utah native finished strong on floor, posting a season-high 9.90 to round off an excellent showing through week five of the 2026 season.
