SALT LAKE CITY – Torjus Harbo has signed with the Utah Ski Team, director of skiing
Fredrik Landstedt announced on Tuesday. A Nordic standout from Jar, Norway, Harbo raced in his home country with the Fossum IF program and will join Utah beginning in the 2027 season.
In addition to Fossum IF, he was a member of the Equinor Norwegian Junior National Team.
Harbo qualified for the FIS Junior World Championships both in 2025 and '26, picking up a bronze medal in last season's 10K classic interval start. During the 2025 iteration of junior worlds, he raced to a top-five result in the classic sprints.
Later during the 2026 season, Harbo was crowned Norway's junior national champion in 10K classic and was the runner-up in the season-long Norwegian Junior Cup.
Since making his FIS debut in 2023, Harbo has recorded 18 podium results and nine victories.
