2011: Emerged with a strong season in her first year with the Utes ... posted a team-best sixth-place finish in the giant slalom and was fifth in the slalom in the first NCAA Championships of her career ... selected to the All-RMISA First Team ... posted five top-three finishes during regular season, including giant slalom victories at the Montana State and Denver Invitationals ... placed second in both the slalom events at the New Mexico Invitationals.
Before Utah: Was a member of the Finnish National A Team since 2001-02 ... had several podium finishes in the Finnish Championships ... competed in the 2009 World Championships ... also was in the World Cup and Europe Cup.
Personal: Daughter of Jan-Erik and Elina Romar ... majoring in Athletic Training.
