Assistant cross country ski coach Josh Smullin will join the team for the 2006 campaign after being a four-year letterwinner at the University of Colorado. This will be his first-year coaching and is expected to bring his expertise as a multiple time All-American at Mountain View High School.
While at Colorado, he finished third in the 20-km freestyle at the Denver Invite and 13th in the 20-km FS at the 2002 NCAA Skiing Championships. He was also the recipient of the Athlete[apos]s Choice award by Colorado University Sports People of the Year (CUSPY) in [apos]03. The Bend, Oregon, native was also a multiple time Academic All-American and dean[apos]s list honoree.
He comes to the team after graduating from Colorado with a bachelor[apos]s degree in kinesiology and psychology, and is currently pursuing a master[apos]s degree in sport and exercise psychology at the U.
