Foster Notes: Already owns Utah school record with 53 career home runs ... moved to center field during 2009 season, her natural position, after starting at first base in 2007 and 2008 ... ... smart and fast athlete.
2009: Earned second career All-Mountain West Conference selection after hitting a league-high 18 home runs this season and ranking second in the league with a .756 slugging percentage and total bases (124), third in runs scored (42), fourth in RBI (41), sixth in hits (56), tied for sixth in doubles (12) ... led team with a .341 batting average, 56 hits, 14 walks, and a .401 on-base percentage ... also hit 12 doubles and a triple ... stole a team-high eight bases on 11 attempts ... had a .934 fielding percentage with 67 putouts and four assists ... named MWC Player of the Week for third time in career after going 6-for-11 with six RBI and two home runs in four games against Colorado State and New Mexico (5/7-5/9) ... her 18th home run of the season, 53rd of her career, was a grand slam that gave Utah a 4-0 lead against New Mexico (5/8) ... tied season high four times with three hits four different games ... went 3-for-4 with four RBI against Loyola Marymount (2/6) ... also went 3-for-4 against Utah Valley (2/8), New Mexico (4/2) and in the second game of a doubleheader at Utah Valley (4/21) ... posted 11 multiple-RBI performances ... also drove in four runs two more times, against Kent State (3/8) and New Mexico (5/8) ... had three RBI at New Mexico (4/2) ... had a season-high six-game hit streak from April 21 to May 2 ... ended season on four-game hit streak, her third such streak of the season.
2008: All-Mountain West Conference selection ... among the top 10 in the MWC in six different major offensive categories: second in slugging percentage with a school-record .781 mark, tied for second in home runs (18), fourth in total bases (121), tied for sixth in walks (39), eighth in batting average (.342) and 10th in on-base percentage (.424) ... had 53 hits during the season, 30 of which were for extra bases ... hit a season-high two home runs in three at-bats against Notre Dame (2/15) ... recorded one hit in seven of the last eight games ... had five three-RBI games ... 4-for-4 with three RBI's and a home run in first game of doubleheader at Colorado State (4/3) ... hit 3-for-3 with three runs batted in and a run scored against San Diego (3/8) ... went 3-for-4 with two RBI's and two runs scored against Texas State (2/15) ... hit 3-for-5 while driving in three runs in first game of doubleheader against UNLV.
2007: Ranked 10th in the nation (second in the conference) with 17 home runs, starting in 51 games at first base ... hit .297 with a team-best .671 slugging percentage ... fourth in the MWC in slugging percentage ... also led the team and was second in the MWC in RBI (49) ... named MWC Player of the Week on March 5 after going 6-for-12 with two doubles, seven RBI and a home run that week ... went 4-for-4 with three RBI and two runs scored against New Mexico State (3/2) ... went 2-for-2 with two home runs, six RBI vs. St. Mary's (4/1) ... was 2-for-3, driving in two and scoring a run vs. UNLV (5/12).
